1. Introduction

UNITYQUEST is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which users may request a refund and how such requests will be handled.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Failed Transactions: If a deposit fails but the amount is deducted from the user’s account.

  • Duplicate Payments: In case of unintentional multiple deposits.

  • Technical Errors: If funds are deposited but inaccessible due to a platform error.

  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a deposit was made fraudulently or without user consent (subject to investigation and verification).


3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days from the date of receiving a valid request.

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method (i.e., the UPI account used for the transaction).

  • Users must send refund requests to info@unityquest.in along with the necessary transaction details.


4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Gameplay Losses: No refunds will be issued for losses resulting from gameplay.

  • Policy Violations: Users found violating UNITYQUEST’s Terms & Conditions or Fair Play Policy will not be eligible for refunds.

  • Incomplete KYC: Refunds are only processed after KYC completion.

  • Withdrawn Funds: Funds that have been successfully withdrawn are not eligible for reversal or refund.


5. How to Request a Refund

Users must send an email to info@unityquest.in with the following information:

  • Registered mobile number

  • Transaction reference ID

  • Screenshot of the failed or disputed transaction (if applicable)

  • Detailed reason for the refund request

Our support team will review the request and provide a resolution within the standard processing period.


6. Dispute Resolution

If a user disagrees with a refund outcome, they may escalate the issue by contacting info@unityquest.in.
UNITYQUEST reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund-related disputes.


7. Changes to Refund Policy

UNITYQUEST may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Users will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notifications.
